1. We are committed to your completely satisfaction. All ordered items here are closely to the word here "what you see on our website are what you get in 8 days". Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy, you must contact us with returning shipping address before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, no altered or washed, with all tags attached.
2. If customers ask for refunding, we will collect 15% of restocking fees, and the freight won't be refunded(the freight of items we sent out the first time).The refunding time: We will return the payment to the customers account in 4-8 hours after we received the items.(The freight should also be paid by customers who sent the goods back.)
3. All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address we email to you.
4. Once the parcel has been here, the refund will be issued back to the PayPal or Credit card account with which the service was purchased.
5. If there is any problem with the products you received, please take pictures and send them to us by email. That will be easy for us to solve this problem.
6. We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your order ID and order details which will help you. If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items and when we receive it , we will arrange the exchanged one to you, but you should responsible for the both ways freights.
7. You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, no altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
8. We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return freight and for the shipping postage of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
9. Please email us tracking number when you send the parcel back .
10.We do not accept cancellation of order 24 hours after you placing the order. If we haven’t arranged the delivery for package, we will collect customer 15% of amount as handling fee and refund the rest. If we’ve arranged the delivery before customer’s cancelling, the cancelling is invalid and customer would responsible for the related cost.
